Part-time and full-time admissions officers from accredited universities are invited to participate in a research study on making the assessment of personal qualities like kindness and leadership more feasible, reliable, and equitable. Collaborators will rate personal qualities in anonymous 150-word student writing samples.
Collaborators who rate 100 samples (which takes about 45 minutes) will receive $20, and for each additional batch of 100 samples, will receive an additional $20. Because the project funding is limited, they are accepting collaborators from accredited universities only on a first-come, first-served basis.
This research is being led by Benjamin Lira Luttges at the University of Pennsylvania under the supervision of his advisor, Angela Duckworth.
