Loading/Unloading:
You must use the loading docks if you set up on Tuesday even if you are carrying boxes or have small roller suitcases. The loading docks are located behind the convention center and may be accessed by Holt Boulevard. See map here. The dock entrances will be open during set up hours both days. You will be given a wristband when you enter the dock area whether you are walking or driving. Please note that if you arrive on Wednesday, after the fair starts, you will need to enter through the main doors. Anyone arriving after the start of the fair will need to go through the metal detectors.
On Wednesday morning if you use the main public entrances, you will need to bring or show the NACAC exhibitor pass to bypass the metal detectors. Your exhibitor parking pass will be included in your exhibitor emails. The person who registered for the fair will receive the emails. The pass is not for the general public.
**If you have the NACAC exhibitor pass or a wristband from the Convention Center and arrive during move in on Wednesday, you will not need your bags and materials searched. You can go through the expedited line. If you don’t have a wristband or the pass, you will need to go through the metal detectors and have your belongings searched. This is a requirement from the Convention Center. Security at the entrances will not be able to make exceptions for those without a pass or wristband.
Please allow enough time to get through security lines and metal detectors on the morning of the fair, if necessary. *Your bags and boxes may be subject to search upon entering.

Exhibitor App:
GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.
*Please be sure to download the app prior to arrival*. Attached is a Quick Start Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to get setup in the app. There will be a GTCF representative onsite to answer any questions you have during the fair.
If you have any questions about the app before the fair, please email mjohnson@nacacnet.org or info@gotocollegefairs.com.
NACAC College Fair Attendee Mobile App
We wanted to make you all aware of an exciting new attendee enhancement that we will be piloting National College Fairs this season. The NACAC College Fair Attendee App will be available to download for all attendees at these pilot sites and will allow attendees to have instant access to crucial fair information including their lead retrieval barcode, the list of exhibiting colleges (including the locator map), list of colleges that matched their preferences via Matchmaking, and much more.
In addition to enhancing the attendee experience, we believe it will enhance the experience for the exhibiting college representatives, as well, as we believe this will drive even more traffic to those schools that attendees match with. Please note, the NACAC College Fair Attendee App does not replace the GTCF MobileScan App or change the lead retrieval process for you in any way. We are just providing this information to you as a courtesy and so that you are aware of this exciting new feature.
On-site Food and Beverage
While light refreshments will be provided, NACAC strongly encourages you to eat a full meal before you arrive.
