Planning is underway for GWI 2025, but it’s never too early to ask questions. Here are some of the more common ones.
GWI will be held on July 29-31, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta
A room block with a special group rate will be available for attendees. Details coming soon.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is closest to the event and is served my all major airlines.
Attire at Guiding the Way to Impact is business casual. Wear comfortable shoes. We recommend dressing in layers as air conditioning is difficult to regulate in large facilities. Rooms may be overly warm or cool.
NACAC does not provide childcare services during GWI. Attendees requiring assistance with childcare should contact their hotel concierge.
Yes. Breakfast and an afternoon snack are included throughout the conference; Lunch & Dinner are on your own. There will also be hors d’oeuvres served at the opening reception.
