Loading/Unloading:

***On setup day AND the day of the fair, exhibitors and attendees MUST use the Main Entrance of the Coliseum located on the Marriott side of the venue, connected by the Plaza. Parking LOT 3 is the closest to the Main Entrance. Exhibitors will receive a parking pass in the exhibitor email to use the day of the fair. The Exhibition Hall is located downstairs.

Please advise that if exhibitors arrive after the event has started, they will need to show their parking pass to security to be processed immediately. If exhibitors fail to present their exhibitor parking pass to security, they must wait in line. There will be metal detectors at the entrance on the day of the fair.

Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum has entered into agreements with all building unions. Exhibitors may hand carry one carton or roller bag within reason through the entrances of the exhibition hall.

Shipping Information:

Payments must be made for all handling charges to Long Island Expo prior to receiving shipment.

Shipping Deadline:

Materials must arrive between Tuesday, September 3rd and Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, during warehouse hours from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Materials arriving after September 10th will incur an additional 25% late fee. Please keep all tracking numbers of your packages.

Materials Handling Charges:

All fees for handling and receiving must be paid to Long Island Expo prior to receiving your shipments. Please view the exhibitor kit for additional information and rates. Rates are subject to change. Contact Long Island Expo, 631-608-3210 for current prices and questions.

The Long Island Marriott is located next to the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum and connected by an outdoor walkway.

On-site Food and Beverage

While light refreshments will be provided, NACAC strongly encourages you to eat a full meal before you arrive. Please be advised that there will be water stations throughout the venue, we encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle!

Exhibitor App:

GoToCollegeFairs is NACAC’s exclusive technology services provider for in-person NACAC National College Fairs. All lead retrieval services for in-person programs will be captured through the GTCF Mobile Scanning Application.
