Known for high-quality performance, record-breaking results and infectious enthusiasm, Jessica is an adaptive, strategic executive with a strong, leadership track record of elevating and maximizing sustainability, process management, performance outcomes, and operational efficiency. Jessica champions individuals, teams and organizations to discover and activate their unique talents and gifts in order to thrive.

Currently, Jessica serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management at Marian University in Indianapolis, IN, where she earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. In February 2025, she successfully defended her dissertation entitled, “A Need to Know: An Examination of the Intersection Between Social Cognitive Neuroscience and Motivation in College Admission Counseling.” She previously earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in Mass Communications and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Iona University located in the greater New York City area.

Jim Jump recently retired after 33 years as the academic dean and director of college counseling at St. Christopher’s School in Richmond, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon College and a Master of Arts in philosophy from the University of Delaware. He previously served as an admissions officer, women’s basketball coach, and philosophy professor at the college level. Jim is a past president of NACAC, and he writes the “Ethical College Admissions” column for Inside Higher Ed. He has been interviewed on NPR’s All Things Considered and quoted in publications ranging from the New York Times to Teen Vogue and has been named a college admissions “influencer” by Forbes magazine. He is the recipient of NACAC’s 2024 John B. Muir Award for Excellence in Media.
