2024 Learning Management System (LMS) Transition

NACAC has launched a new LMS called NACAC Learn. As part of the transition to NACAC Learn, access to NACAC’s previous LMS will permanently shut down on Sunday, Aug. 25. If you registered for a NACAC course before Monday, May 20, find out how this transition may impact you.

How do I access the course I registered for?

After registering for the course, you will receive an email with a link to NACAC’s learning management system. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours after registering for the course, please email customerservice@nacacnet.org.

How do I access my completion certificate?

Completion certificates can be downloaded directly from your profile in the learning management system.

How do I access my CE credits?

If a course you completed has CE credits associated with it, that information will be included on your completion certificate. For more information about CE credits, click here.

How do I access my digital badge?

If you completed a professional certificate course in NACAC’s previous LMS…

If you qualified for a digital badge based on the requirements detailed in your course syllabus, you should have received an email from Canvas Badges with your digital badge. This email may have ended up in your junk/spam folder, so if you did not see it in your inbox, be sure to check there as well.

If you completed a professional certificate course in NACAC Learn…

Once you have completed every task in the course, the certificate & badge module will unlock, and you will be able to access your digital badge from there. You will also be able to access your digital badge by going to My Learning > Badges and clicking on the badge icon. When you earn your digital badge, you will also receive an automated email with information on how to share your digital badge and access it via BadgeCert.

PLEASE NOTE: This email may end up in your junk/spam folder, so if you do not see it in your inbox within 24 hours of earning your badge, be sure to check there as well.
