Access Your Courses & Proof of Completion

How do I access the course I registered for?

All NACAC courses can be accessed in NACAC Learn, NACAC’s learning management system (LMS). To log into your NACAC Learn account and complete your course, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the NACAC Learn website: https://learn.nacacnet.org/
  2. Click the Log In button.
  3. Log in using your NACAC credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password, there will be a link on that page to reset it.
  4. Once you are logged in, click on My Learning in the navigation menu.
  5. Click on the course to open it.

How do I access my completion certificate?

Once you have completed every task in the course, the certificate module will unlock, and you will be able to access your completion certificate from there. This certificate will include your name, the name of the course, the date completed, and (if applicable) the number of continuing education (CE) credits earned. You will also be able to access your certificate by going to My Learning > Certificates & CE Credits and clicking View/Print Certificate underneath the course title.

PLEASE NOTE: When downloading or printing your certificate, if the background image is not displaying properly, please ensure you have enabled background graphics in your internet browser.

How do I access my continuing education (CE) credits?

If a course you completed has CE credits associated with it, that information will be included on your completion certificate. For more information about CE credits, click here.

How do I access my digital badge?

Once you have completed every task in the course, the certificate & badge module will unlock, and you will be able to access your digital badge from there. You will also be able to access your digital badge by going to My Learning > Badges and clicking on the badge icon.

When you earn your digital badge, you will also receive an automated email with information on how to share your digital badge and access it via BadgeCert. This email may end up in your junk/spam folder, so if you do not see it in your inbox within 24 hours of earning your badge, be sure to check there as well.
