Loading/Unloading:
All vehicles can access Ft. Duquesne Boulevard via the 10th Street bypass. The loading/unloading entrance is located on Ft. Duquesne Boulevard, between 9th and 10th Streets.
IMPORTANT: You may not park in the loading zone for any time. You will drop your materials off with a laborer, move your car and come back. The laborer will help take your materials to your booth.
If you are walking or not driving, you may hand carry or bring a small roller bag through the East Lobby entrance.

All materials must be received by Wednesday, January 22, 2025, during receiving hours of 8:00am-4:00pm. Please keep all tracking numbers of your packages.
Material Handling Charge:
Please view exhibitor kit for prices for various weights. Advanced freight will not be accepted without the Material Handling Authorization and Payment Policy Forms on file with APA, Inc. Tax-exempt organizations must have a PA tax exemption certificate on file for tax credits. Payments must be made prior to receiving. Rates are subject to change.

The NACAC negotiated rate is $209/night plus tax, and the cutoff date to make your reservation is Wednesday, January 7, 2025.
