Advance Warehouse receiving:
Freight must be received at the advance warehouse between September 12 – October 11, 2024, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm , and cannot arrive at show site. Rates include receipt of your freight; delivery to the booth; storage and return of empty crates; and reloading. The Advance Warehouse will ONLY accept packaged shipments, including crates, boxes, and skids.
Material Handling Charge:
All fees for handling and receiving must be paid to Fern. Please review the Exhibit kit website for additional information and rates. Rates are subject to change.
