2024 Learning Management System Transition

Transition Process

To enhance the learning experiences we offer, NACAC has launched a new learning management system (LMS) called NACAC Learn. As part of the transition to NACAC Learn, NACAC’s previous LMS will permanently shut down on Sunday, Aug. 25.

We recognize that this transition and subsequent shutdown of the previous LMS will impact our active users. If you registered for any NACAC course before May 20, please review the information below to see what impact this may have on you.

Your course completion data, including your completion certificates, will be available in NACAC Learn beginning on Monday, May 20.

You will be able to access and finish your course content for the full six months allotted to you in NACAC’s previous LMS before it shuts down on Sunday, Aug. 25. Once the previous LMS shuts down, your completion history and certificates will be copied over to NACAC Learn by Thursday, Aug. 29.

Due to the previous LMS shutting down during your six months of access to your course, you will be granted an additional six months of access to your course in NACAC Learn beginning on Monday, May 20. You will have two options to complete your course:

  1. Complete the course in NACAC’s previous LMS before Sunday, Aug. 25. Your completion history and certificate will be copied over to NACAC Learn for you to view beginning on Thursday, Aug. 29.
  2. Wait to complete the course until your six months of access in NACAC Learn begins on Monday, May 20.

PLEASE NOTE: A partially completed course cannot be transferred to NACAC Learn. You must either complete the course in NACAC’s previous LMS system before Aug. 25 or wait until May 20 to start the course in NACAC Learn.
