This seminar series from 2023 serves as a year-long extension of NACAC’s Guiding the Way to Inclusion, DEI-focused conference and furthers NACAC’s mission to support counseling professionals in their work to make a postsecondary education accessible to an ever-changing, diverse body of students.
The basics:
- Intended audience: Secondary counseling and postsecondary admission professionals looking to expand their knowledge in issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in college admission counseling.
- Format: On-demand.
- Each seminar registration include access to the seminar recording and any resources shared during that seminar.
- Cost: $30-$60 for one seminar, $150-$300 for the bundle.
- Cost is dependent on NACAC membership status and if seminars are purchased individually or as a bundle.
- A 20 percent discount is available for offices of four or more participants registering for the same course.
- Estimated completion time: 90 minutes per seminar.
- Participants have six months to access and complete the seminar(s).
- Upon completion: 0-3 continuing education credit hours and a completion certificate for each seminar.
- Continuing education credit hours are dependent on the seminar(s) purchased in NACAC Learn.
Seminar descriptions:
Six seminar recordings are available that can be purchased individually or as a bundle. Each seminar in this series covers a timely topic that directly impacts the work of secondary and postsecondary college admission counseling professionals. In addition, you will also gain access to helpful resources that you can use immediately in your daily work.
